Notice of

 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.

The Annual General Meeting of the club will be held on SATURDAY,18 th APRIL, 2015. 12:00hrs signing in.

At the Riverside Room,

The ROYAL AIRFORCE YACHT CLUB,

Riverside House, Rope Walk, Hamble, SO31 4HD

To be followed by an informal get-together for both club for Members and Friends.

The Agenda will be circulated in due course, and copies will be available at the meeting.

Would members and friends attending, kindly note that the use of the club bar is restricted to RAF Y.C. members, and that all drink and food orders will be taken by club staff in the Riverside Room.

Car Parking is NOT available on the yacht club premises, but there is a public car park on

Hamble Quay, nearby.

Drinks will be available from the bar and Meals will be available and served in the Riverside Room.

C.O.P.C. IS HOLDING A SOCIAL GET-TOGETHER, COMBINED WITH THE CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, ON SATURDAY, 5TH APRIL, 2014.

THE A.G.M. STARTS AT 12.15HRS, and THE GET-TOGETHER WILL START AS SOON AS THE FORMALITIES ARE CONCLUDED.
